BALL BAGS
- Located in the shed and ready for practices by 3/20/2023.
- You may keep the bag with you throughout the season or store them in the shed.
- Include a coaching binder, 1 soccer ball for each kid and coach, pinnies, and cones.
- You are in charge of keeping the soccer balls inflated, keeping the binder in order, and keeping track of all contents included.
- All coaches are given code access to the shed. If you do not have the code, please reach out to the Director of Coaching or any of the soccer club board members.

PLAYERS
- Please keep an open line of communication with your soccer families.
- If you witness bullying, non-tolerated behaviors, or injuries, please fill out an incident report. They are located in the shed. You can also reach out to the Director of Coaching to complete report if needed.
DUE DATES
- All education and background checks are due by the first game 4/2/2023. If you need any assistance with completing these items there are links below and you can reach out to your Director of Coaching.
CLOSING THE FIELDS/CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING
- Closing of the field is determined by our Field Maintenance representative and our Director of Coaching. In the event of inclemate weather, the Field Maintenance representative will get eyes on the fields to determine the safety of continuing practices and/or games. No news is good news and schedules should be followed. You will be contacted by your Director of Coaching should any of the fields be closed down. It is the coach's responsibility to reach out to the soccer families for notification and further instruction. If you need to cancel/reschedule your practice or need coverage for anything, please notify and discuss with the Director of Coaching to make sure schedules flow as smoothly as possible.
